Dandy Edition: Ferrari F40 Tough Phone Cases
The F40 was the last of the hardcore Ferrari’s. Not to say that the prancing horse no longer makes fast cars, but the F40 was a no F’s given performance car that cared very little for the comfort of its occupants. It only cared how fast it could get them around a track or down a country road. It was a no power windows, no A/C, no door handles, 500 horsepower beast. What’s more is that Ferrari only made 1,300 F40’s for the entire world. The twin turbo 2.9 liter v8 and carbon fiber body gave the car a 0 to 60 time well under 4 seconds and go kart handling. These specs make the F40 a formidable performance competitor even now, which is impressive for a car that began production in 1987. The F40 was made to celebrate Ferrari’s 40th anniversary and some say, they have yet to make a better car. Celebrate Ferrari’s pinnacle supercar offering with CAFFEINE GT’s exclusive art.
